2007-2011 Jeep Wrangler 3.8L JK 180 deg Thermostat
Whether you are cruising down the highway or climbing over boulders, or skinny peddling your way out of a mud hole having an effective cooling system critical. RIPP is proud to produce for you these performance thermostats, specifically designed for the 2007-2011 Jeep Wrangler JK. RIPP thermostats increase cooling efficiency by significantly decreasing high engine temperatures. The RIPP thermostat will open at a lower temperature of 180°F compared to standard 210°F thermostats. This allows coolant to flow through the engine sooner, reducing and maintaining cooler temperatures in the engine.
Jeep runs a little cooler , like it is suppose to with a 180 degree thermostat. Only problem was this square tab coming off the rubber gasket, I had to cut it off, the thermostat housing did not have a notch for it. 2011 JK
Just works. Love to see the engine coolant running some 25Deg cooler even in Florida Summer Weather. The cooling fan never runs anymore!
Got the thermostat in 3-days , fast service and now the jeeps running cooler
