I’m very happy with the quality of the product.

The catch can is perfect. Well built with quality hose and fittings. The instructions suck. Had to guess on where to mount it based on the photo. I had to remove a horn with no provisions to remount it and had to relocate a ground wire. Not sure if that was correct but I got it to work

Very easy to install, excellent instructions. Very glad I bought this and is a welcome addition to my RIPP Supercharged 3.6L Pentastar JKUR.

After 500 miles this was in the cup. Seems like a good idea to get this out.

Install was very easy, and it works great.

Pretty straight forward install. However the hose that runs from the canister to the front of the manifold needs to be longer.
Brian B.
High quality manufacturing. These are some solid parts and feel great. I had to mount in a non-standard location and wish the hoses were longer to keep the tidy routing behind the intake.

Only had for less than a month, but the build quality is top-notch. Everything flows well and fits nicely. Very sturdy product.

I installed the Ripp catch can to my existing Edelbrock supercharger since there system did not come with one. After installing the can I've notice lots of oil/fuel mixture blow by that was causing smoke from my exhaust. Now now more smoke and i empty the can at every fill up. Great product!

The best purchase of all.

Easy to install and inexpensive peace of mind. Instructions are a little lacking but if you look at the pictures and look at your Jeep, they make sense. The only thing I didn’t different, that the instructions don’t say, is at the passenger head, I left the OEM 90 degree rubber elbow with the hard plastic line and cut the plastic line about 3” away from the boot. Then I slipped the provided hose over that and clamped it. Made the angle to the back of the head much easier.

Wouldn’t fit where they suggested it to go because of my air compressor and my switch box. Decided to relocate front horn and mounted it in its position. Fits great and looks factory.

Really nice set up. It was a little tricky trying to fit it inside the engine compartment since I had other things in the way. But the final product came out good. I had to moved the horn and made a custom bracket to secure it in place.

The system itself is very well made, the catch can is solid and the hoses are very sturdy. There is a dipstick to check the level of oil without having to remove the can. The install is fairly simple, albeit the instructions provided are not the best. The one issue I have is that it uses a post that on most JKs, already has the second horn attached, which means you have to find a spot to move it. I tried to see if I could move the can instead, but the bracket that comes with the catch can is not multiuse, meaning there is only one way to attach the can, which restricts where it could go. I did contact customer support with a few questions and they were very responsive. In all, it is a great product. I have not had it long enough to comment on longevity and performance.

Great Product, I installed mine at the front passenger side, by doing this I had to cut, then add new piece of 1" heat shrink tubing to the hoses to fit my application.
The instructions provided lack details, but it isn't hard to figure it out.
I highly recommend this product.

Installation was a challenge due to very limited installation instructions. The biggest issue was my instructions had the inlet / outlet hose to PCV valve reversed. The connection shown was correct but the PCV valve is mounted at the rear of the engine versus the intake as described in the instructions. Also, there is only one way to install the bracket to the firewall and again RIPP's instructions are vague and the photo is not clear enough to adequately guide the installer. The system does not leak and I have only put 30-40 miles on it so I will have to reserve judgement as to effectiveness. I did contact RIPP's tech team and got limited responses due to the main contact being out of the office. I was informed that installation instruction upgrades are in the works, which is a positive development.

Great product and design!!! 10 minute install!!! good job RIPP!

The kit is lacking a bit in the instructions. The short hose runs from the Passenger slide valve cover to the intake of the catch can. The long hose to the intake manifold. You will be removing the factory PCV tubing. The tubing is a rigid plastic pipe that has two 90* bends in it. Where the tube mates with the valve cover, that fitting is a friction fit. It just slides off, ( see photo ). Once you have the tube removed from the engine. I took a tube cutter and cut the tubing back from the fitting about 3”. This way you can use the OE fitting to re-attach your new line to the valve cover. The end of the OE tubing that connects to the PCV valve was also cut at 3” and the piece was inserted into the new line that attaches to the PCV valve. My application, 2015 JKU, I had to relocate the second horn. I just lowered it and placed it beneath the catch can assembly.

The product is pretty good, I think it could be improved. The hoses could have the Jeep OEM connectors for the air lines. The bolts that connect the bracket to the catch can are too short... I had to get new bolts. Other than that it’s pretty good.

Quality good, love hoses, but sent me wrong bracket and hose length. I sent pics and measurements of what they sent, quickly sent new ones, but they were the same, now they won't answer me back.

I really am intrested in this product, can anyone from California tell me if this is smog legal or approved?
William G.
Love the product, works well. Bit of a tight fit but still looks very clean.

First time emptying the Catch Can and I could not believe how much it caught in such a short amount of time keeping it all from entering my manifold. This is definitely worth the investment!

The catch can is a piece of art. Ripps customer service is second to none! I have had my SC for about 4 years. Last year I did the XL upgrade and recently purchased the tune up kit, coils, and the catch can. Some how I ordered the wrong catch can. One call to Ripp and MY mistake was quickly fixed!

I’ve been waiting for this catch can kit! When I first installed my supercharger I considered after market but I new RIPP Would come out with a great product eventually. I’m glade I waited. Hopefully this will mean up the oil going into my intake and keep my throttle body cleaner.... thanks RIPP for another great product.

Simple installation and a great price. And looks clean too.
David P.
Thanks to RIPP Support for the info and his patience...lol...Installation instructions were a little thin for me. Support emailed me a PDF. Two phone calls later I knew exactly what to do. Looks good and I'm sure it will make the engine run cleaner :)

Not much to say, product worked as advertized
