


The RIPP Coolant Crossover Plate is manufactured and designed for supercharger installations on select vehicles. Made from billet aluminum and CNC machined for precision, this plate features a low-clearance design to create additional space on the engine block and coolant hose relocation. Pro Tips:
Ensure you have a clean work area. Keep track of all hardware and note the specific sizes and locations of each bolt, as some bolts are different lengths.
Reuse Spacer/ Bolt Collars: Identify the bolts with the plastic spacer/collar and make sure to reuse these. This is important to maintain proper alignment during installation.
Clean Mating Surface: Use a Scotch-Brite pad and carb cleaner to thoroughly clean the mating surface on the engine block. This will help ensure a secure, leak-free seal.
Apply RTV Sealant: Apply a thin, even layer of RTV sealant to the mating surface of the crossover plate. Wait 2-3 minutes for the sealant to become tacky before proceeding.
Install Plate: Carefully place the crossover plate on the engine block. Avoid using excessive RTV sealant, as excess may squeeze out and potentially contaminate the coolant system.
Bolt Tightening: Reinstall the bolts in their correct locations. Ensure proper torque settings as specified by your vehicle’s manual. Double-check the alignment and spacing. 52 inch-pounds. (4.5 ft-lbs)
Final Inspection: After installation, inspect for proper alignment and ensure there is no excess RTV that could interfere with the coolant system.
