How do we do it?!
Our coil pack is engineered from the ground up with higher quality materials, and increased amount of windings (turn ratio) in the primary and secondary winding. This provides a boost in millijoule power output, and this results in an increase in spark energy. With a stronger spark, cylinder flame speed is increased and thus adding up to an additional 20hp on the 5.7L and 25-30whp on the 6.4L. With this increased power output, you can expect a more responsive throttle input and a better driving experience overall. (For more technical information please see the tech notes below.)

TECH NOTES
RIPP Technical information about cylinder flame speed and how an upgraded ignition system will directly effect power.
An Internal combustion engine's "flame speed" refers to the rate at which the air-fuel mixture burns during the combustion process. This speed significantly impacts engine performance and efficiency. The faster flame speed will increase cylinder pressure. When a spark is hotter, it ignites the air-fuel mixture more rapidly, leading to faster combustion, and an increase in pressure. Higher cylinder pressure = more torque pushing down on the piston.
Flame front propagation speed: As the flame front propagates faster across the combustion chamber, the fuel burns more efficiently, releasing more energy. This, in turn, enhances the engine's power and responsiveness. Additionally, with a faster flame speed, the combustion process is completed sooner, reducing the chance of incomplete burn or unburned hydrocarbons being released into the exhaust gases. In summary, optimizing the flame speed by utilizing more spark energy can significantly improve engine performance. It enables the engine to operate more efficiently, delivering increased power output, improved fuel economy.
Spark Energy is measured in Millijoules (mj). A Factory coilpack will generate 35.8mj. This mj value is considered low for the cylinder displacement value, piston surface area and air/fuel mixture. A RIPP coilpack will generate 53.6mj. This 17.8mj increase over stock will dramatically increase pressure per square inch across the piston surface. At first start up you'll immediately notice a smoother operating engine, and a "calmer" exhaust tone. This is due to less waste or unburnt hydrocarbons and fuel. Engine response and engine horse power will increase throughout the RPM range.

Despite the incredible hassle of accessing the coil packs and plugs near the firewall and the master cylinder...the end result of installing the RIPP Coil packs is simply awesome!! The truck runs better than ever - smooth, strong acceleration and much improved fuel economy! The striking blue color adds some "attitude" to the engine bay! Real easy to install and looks great
Was very easy to install and now my car has louder burbles when I let off the gas around 3k-2.5k rpms. The car also pulls a little harder than before
Easy installation and notice faster throttle response and acceleration compared to OEM. Very happy with these coil packs and the price wasn’t too bad. I’d definitely recommend RIPP PERFORMANCE when it comes to any MODS for your car or truck.
Worth the price! Can definitely feel the difference throughout the powerband. And as a plus it really adds color to the engine bay!

Had a miss under load so I got some new injectors and the RIPP coil packs. Man, what a difference!! This thing runs awesome with these coil packs. They’re built solid, look great, and added some nice throttle response. They were packaged really good too. Would highly recommend.
Purchase to delivery was faster than I thought it would be. Nicely packaged and secured. Set up for the winter so I haven't been able to compare the difference yet
Definitely a noticeable difference when I start the truck. Exhaust node is even more mellow but I can feel the the quicker throttle response and slight increase with mpg.
Love my new coils immediately felt the power difference, currently no tune or upgraded cams yet. New coils combined with laser iridium spark plugs its like I'm uncaging a pissed off tiger. Also the hemi orange looks sick with my octane red pearl coat.
I definitely feel improvement in my throttle. I have a stage 2 cam and tune and so far with these coils I have seen a better increase in Mpg and throttle response on take off! We will see how long they last that's the only thing I'm worried about

Damn ... !!! Night and day difference from the MSD Street Fire coils and MSD plugs. I also added the NGK Ruthenium plugs to the install and she purrs like a pissed off bobcat! Cold starts, smooth idle and boost in acceleration puts an evil grin on my face every time. You have a customer for life going forward ... My Charger isn't stock (Intake, custom tune and exhaust to name a few) and has almost 178,000 miles on her ... Runs better than the day I bought her ...
Waiting for the 2024 Supercharger to be offered.

Replaced my coil packs with these upgraded Ripp Hemi coil packs and also replaced all my spark plugs with the upgraded NGK plugs. No BS here, these really do give you more horsepower and you feel it right when you hit the petal, response is awesome. Took me 6 hours to replace everything but then again I’m no mechanic pro whatsoever but did take my time to do it right. Great product.

I had already had a 93 performance tune installed prior to installing the coil packs. These coil packs work well in conjunction with my tune. I noticed even further performance benefits on top of the tune. They further more increased low end and mid end. The pedal feels more touchy also, which is a bonus You earned my respect, RIPP. was at first cautious as there's always alot of hype, but after reviewing there product and seeing the proof on the dyno, I knew these were worth it, and they definitely were, made stock mode feel like I was in sport mode, im very happy with my purchase, and staff were keen to help and answer my questions, polite and friendly, will definitely be shoping with ripp again.

Recently installed but have been performing great for the first couple hundred miles. Installed with new spark-plugs and was straight forward, took about 2 hours. I would suggest applying anti-seize on new spark-plug threads and diode grease on the electric contact at the ignition packs.
Jeep Wrangler 392 with 3.0L whipple supercharger. Forged MMX 4032 rods and pistons. RIPP coil packs, Deleted MDS, hellcat camshaft and hellcat lifters. Stone honed block, gapped rings. Clevite bearings.
